    Soo disappointing, got a broken product

    I ordered this product because I thought the brand was decent, but it didn't work when I received it. The mercury( I don't know what is the liquid inside) within was, you know, trapped in one spot. Afterward, I discovered that the tharmometer was internally broken. There is also no way to return it. I'm very disappointed.
